The Butzel Retreat Center is an ideal setting for group gatherings and Family Camps. Currently, Mom & Me and Bubbie Zaydie are hosted here. Families enjoy their meals in the dining hall, and coffee and tea are always available in our collaborative space which also includes a mini-refrigerator and microwave. All meals and snacks are kosher and include vegetarian options with the ability to accommodate special dietary needs.
Each family will stay in a guest house with eight hotel-style bedrooms with private bathrooms, heat, and air conditioning. Connected rooms are available for larger families. Linens and towels are provided. The common living area has comfortable seating, a fireplace, flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player, and Wi-Fi. Handicap-accessible rooms are available.
In addition to our Family Camp programs, many community temples and synagogues also conduct their family retreats here as well.
